Matt has extensive experience in behaviour analysis reporting, parental communication, attendance strategy planning, and leading school sports teams. In his role as Head of House at Lord Grey School, he was responsible for the pastoral care, behaviour management and academic monitoring of 350 students aged 11–16.

Alongside his professional career, Matthew has a long-standing passion for football coaching, contributing both in voluntary roles and within schools, where he has coached multiple school football teams.

Before entering the education sector, his career has seen him operate at exceptionally high levels, including roles within the High Court, the London 2012 Olympic Games, and at the head offices of global organisations such as Google and Facebook.
